Cooper's Beach, Southampton

I just drove back to New York after a Hamptons weekend so perfect, it felt like I was living The Truman Show.  From lunch at Bridgehampton's Candy Kitchen and meeting former NYC mayor Rudy Giuliani to dinner at Nick & Toni's and attending a rosé release party at Wolffer Vineyards, it was straight up perfection.

I took these photos at dusk on Cooper's Beach in Southampton, which is consistently voted the best beach in America. YES IT IS!!  These Long Island beaches are just unbelievable--crashing waves, blue water with white peaks, and huge, sandy beaches.  I was the only person on the beach for 20 minutes when I took these pictures.  Memorial Day will bring the crowds and thousands of people will descend upon the tiny towns in the Hamptons. But for 20 minutes, I had the best beach in America all to myself.
